Morning tea

Today I started with a nice warm tea to jump start my day and metabolism

Juice of half a lime or lemon
Half cup hot water
Half cup cold water
Mix together and drink before your breakfast.

This is good for detoxification of the body as well

For lunch I had vegi lasagna of course portion control

Dinner was justand assortment of fruits

Three week plan

In a couple of days I will going on vacation and will be able to experiment on a couple of weight lost programs and some of my own creations but most of it was from what I read on book and online.  Most of I made my own version as here in Belize we don't have most of the ingredients what most of these recipes ask for. I am about 210 pounds and I am 5'11" in hight which the online BMI says that I am overweight.  So my plan for the next three weeks is that eat healthy, post all my recipes and log my progress here and see how much weight I can lose in this three weeks of my vacation. 

One might say "who what's to diet on vacation" right but it will be a challenge and if I can do it on vacation it would be easier the other times. First day begins Sunday 28th of September.  Let see how it goes.
